Greetings from Dr. Jonathan K. Jefferson Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for attending the All College Meeting on January 21, 2025, asking thoughtful questions, participating in NECHE preparation, and celebrating the achievements of your colleagues during the Employee Service Awards ceremony.
I appreciated the opportunity to celebrate our success, address our challenges, and prepare as a college for an exciting and busy spring semester. The strategic planning process will begin in a few short weeks, our NECHE 10-year Accreditation Site Visit is scheduled for April 6 – 9, 2025, and the first event of the Reggie Lewis Center 30th Anniversary Celebration, the 5K in Franklin Park, is scheduled for April 5, 2025. While we have much to accomplish during the spring semester, I know that so long as we communicate, collaborate, and problem-solve as a team, we will continue to thrive.
As promised during the meeting, RCC’s Organizational Chart is now final and accessible from the bottom of this page. If you have questions or concerns about the chart, please contact hrstaff@rcc.mass.edu.
