RCC has an Emergency Notification System (ENS) setup to alert you in case of an emergency affecting the College. Students are required to update their contact information every semester to receive the alerts. Your ENS password is case- sensitive.
This program is for New, Full-Time Degree Seeking Students with at least 12 Credit Hours who need technology to complete their studies. At the completion of their degree or certificate, the student is gifted the laptop. If the student is ineligible for the RoxSTARS program, they can borrow a laptop from IT.
Faculty, staff & students, get the online versions of Office plus 1 TB online storage for free!
Once you have an RCC email account, you automatically get access to the Office 365 products.
You get a library barcode and PIN when you register as a library user. Speak with the Library staff if you have lost or forgot them.
The library barcode is on the back of your staff ID card. You need it to borrow books and to access library databases or online books.
The Library PIN is needed to check your library account, to place holds on books, renew books, check dates due and overdue notices.
MyRCC
MyRCC is the campus portal used for the various announcements, forms and a central
location for staff, faculty and students to find information about the institution.
You will use your Active Directory credentials to login to the site.
Staff employees will have a landing page called Staff Training which contains links for Cybersecurity Awareness Training that all employees must complete. This page also contains many other useful Microsoft function links.
Faculty employees will have a landing page called Faculty. You will utilize MyRCC to view your courses, enter grades and to perform Advising.
We strongly recommend you change your password before logging into MyRCC upon first login using the PasswordReset Tool.
Online Courses
E-Learning is the learning management system (LMS) RCC uses for online courses. Not
all classes are online. Online courses have a section code of D1, DH, or DB. If your
instructor uses E- Learning in a standard face-to-face class they will tell you specifically.

All faculty, staff and students are assigned an e-mail account. It is an Office365 account with a @rcc.mass.edu domain. You would open your email via Outlook, from the apps section in Office365.

Password Reset Tool is a web application which enables you to reset your MyRCC password and unlock your account for the following systems:
❑ MyRCC / E-Learning ❑ Pharos
❑ Email
To Register for the Password Reset Tool:
1. Go to Office 365 and go to My Account on the top right-hand side where your initials are located.
2. Go to Security Info and select ‘Set up Self- Service Password Reset’
3. Setup the Authentication for both Phone and Email
4. All Set. Now you are able to reset your password on your own from anywhere!
